2. Ordering and acceptance

The customer creates an account, identifies the company and selects a plan and website. The order content, final amount, currency, access period and these terms are disclosed before payment. A paid contract is concluded by paying for the specific order after reviewing its terms; registration or plan selection alone is not a purchase.

Public registration is open. Customers in Russia can place an order and pay online in RUB through the connected provider. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Opening a payment form alone does not confirm payment.

3. Plan, website and billing period

Prices and request allowances are published in the Pricing section of nexsta.site and displayed in the order before payment. One paid plan covers one AI employee and the website to which it is connected. After the first full analysis the subscription is bound to the domain; deleting a website record does not remove the binding. Another website requires a separate subscription or an individually agreed change through support.

A billing period is 30 calendar days. Its start and end are recorded in the order and workspace; an advance renewal starts after the current paid period. One visitor message to the AI employee counts as one plan request. A transcribed voice message counts as an ordinary request; transcription alone does not use another request.

White-label is a separately paid add-on: during its active period, the uploaded eligible company logo replaces NEXSTA branding in the customer widget. Uploading a logo alone does not activate it. The price is shown separately; cancellation or absence of valid payment restores standard branding. The add-on does not increase the request allowance.

4. Payment and electronic access

For online payment, the customer proceeds from the order to the connected provider’s secure payment form. A subscription is paid only after the provider confirms successful collection to the server. A browser success page, incomplete operation or funds reservation is not that confirmation.

There is no physical delivery: access is provided electronically through the NEXSTA workspace. After confirmed successful payment, access is activated automatically for the paid period, subject to its start date when renewing. If access is missing after payment, contact support with the order reference. Do not send full card details, CVC, passwords or bank verification codes.

Online payment is available for Russia and RUB. International prices are informational; purchasing availability for a country is established at checkout. Availability in every country or connection of international providers is not claimed. NEXSTA does not offer circumvention of legal or payment-provider restrictions.
