5. Renewal and cancellation

Automatic charges are not currently connected. They may apply only after actual connection, disclosure of the amount and frequency, and the customer’s separate consent. These terms alone do not authorise storing a payment method or automatic charges.

To terminate a subscription, decline future renewal or withdraw permission to use saved payment details, email the support contact below identifying the account and subscription. Cancelling future renewal preserves already paid access until the period ends unless earlier termination is requested. After refusal to use payment details is received, they are not used for further periodic charges. Removing the widget or an app does not replace a cancellation request.

6. Refunds and complaints

To cancel the service or request a refund, email support from your account address with the order reference, payment date and amount, requested remedy and relevant circumstances. Mention missing access or duplicate charges where applicable. A reason is not required for a voluntary cancellation. Only information necessary to verify the order and applicant may be requested.

Each request is reviewed under the contract and applicable law. On cancellation of services, only actual, documented expenses attributable to the specific contract are taken into account; activation alone does not make the entire price non-refundable. Failure to provide access, defects and incorrect charges are assessed under the applicable legal grounds.

The decision and calculation are sent by email. Any refund due is processed through the payment provider to the original payment method; if technically impossible, the procedure is agreed with the applicant. The applicable law and grounds determine the deadline; bank crediting times may vary. A one-click automatic refund is not promised. Rights to seek judicial or regulatory remedies remain unaffected.
