Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Consent

By selecting the separate checkbox before submitting personal data in a NEXSTA form or chat, I freely and knowingly consent to the NEXSTA operator processing that data to respond to my request, contact me, create my account or provide the platform, according to the action I selected.

2. Data covered

This consent covers my name, email address, phone number when provided, company data, service settings, support requests, technical session and security identifiers, selected plan information, and the versions and timestamps of my consents.

3. Purposes

Purposes include registration and authentication, workspace creation, contract performance, support, access recovery, abuse prevention, usage accounting, and mandatory service communications.

4. Processing operations

The operator may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer to engaged processors where necessary, anonymize, block, and delete data by automated and mixed means.

5. Processors

Individual functions may involve providers of infrastructure, security, request processing, and system email. A transfer occurs only when the relevant function is used and is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required by law or a separate lawful basis. Consent may be withdrawn through the privacy contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it was received.

7. Consequences of withdrawal

Functions that require processing may become unavailable after withdrawal. The operator will stop processing and delete data within the applicable period, except where retention remains required or permitted on another lawful basis.

8. Separate confirmation

This consent does not cover marketing and does not replace acceptance of the Terms or review of the Privacy Policy. Each of the three confirmations is separate and recorded with the document version, language, and timestamp.
